  1. on your loose leaf choose 3 of your family or American/Mexican traditons and find EXPLICIT EVIDENCE to prove the ORGIN of that tradition for your family.
    1. example: Monahan Family Tradtion 1: egg bake meal on Christmas morning. The origin of this tradition is that in the 1970s my parents wanted to create a meal that was easy to make so they could maximize the amount of time spent with their children and less time fussing over make breakfast on Christmas. Now every year we have egg bake on Christmas morning and spend time as a family.
  2. On the back of your loose leaf finish your answer to the inquiry question: How does culture make us a group of people with shared ideas? Restate the question using the RACE cheat code and the argumentative writing system: claim, explicit evidence and implicit inferences 
    1. Culture makes us a group of people with the same traditions because it unites us in shared ideas. First off,  opening presents at 12am on Christmas morning is a tradition for many families. Multiple families have this same tradition so this means that they value the same idea.
